Terms of Service

In order to use the AfterTheyHatch.com Services, you must first agree to the AfterTheyHatch.com Terms of Service

You acknowledge and agree that if AfterTheyHatch.com disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by AfterTheyHatch.com.

You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).

You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that AfterTheyHatch.com has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which AfterTheyHatch.com may suffer) of any such breach.

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.

You agree to the use of your data in accordance with the AfterTheyHatch.com privacy policies.

You understand that by using the Services you may be exposed to Content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the Services at your own risk.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that AfterTheyHatch.com has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any Content that you create, transmit or display while using the Services and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which AfterTheyHatch.com may suffer) by doing so.

AfterTheyHatch.com may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:

  • you have breached any provision of the Terms (or have acted in manner which clearly shows that you do not intend to, or are unable to comply with the provisions of the Terms)
  • AfterTheyHatch.com is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to you is, or becomes, unlawful)
  • the provision of the Services to you by AfterTheyHatch.com is, in the opinion of AfterTheyHatch.com, no longer commercially viable.

You agree to NOT use the Service to:

  • Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive to another's privacy (up to, but not excluding any address, email, phone number, or any other contact information without the written consent of the owner of such information), hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
  • Harm minors in any way
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a AfterTheyHatch.com staff member or volunteer, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with AfterTheyHatch.com or any other person or entity
  • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service
  • Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements)
  • Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
  • Upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation
  • Upload, post or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law
  • "Stalk" or otherwise harass another person or company
  • Collect or store personal data about other users for business purposes
  • Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any governmental entity, group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades, and other weapons or incendiary devices
  • Use AfterTheyHatch.com as a forwarding service to another website
  • Allow usage by others in such a way as to violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in commercial activities within AfterTheyHatch.com or on behalf of AfterTheyHatch.com without prior approval.
  • Solicit passwords or personal identifying information for unintended, commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
  • Exceed the scope of the Service that you have signed up for; for example, accessing and using features that you do not have a right to use, or deleting, adding to, or otherwise changing other people's entries or other content when you have not been granted the privileges to do so.

AfterTheyHatch.com may terminate or suspend any and all Services and your AfterTheyHatch.com account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the terms or conditions of the Terms of Service. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
